Airport Transfers
We provide combined chargeable speedboat transfers based on your international flight schedule. Kindly note that we will require your flight details at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to arrange the speedboat transfers accordingly. If you are staying in some other resort prior to your arrival, please advise us the name of the hotel or resort and our Front office Team will coordinate directly with them to ensure your smooth transfers.

*Round trip, inclusive of all taxes US$ 170 per adult, US$ 85.00 per child ages 2-11, Infants free.
Please note that waiting time before the transfer may vary from 30 to 60 minutes as the transfer is combined with other guests. Alternatively, a private transfer is available upon request — kindly contact reservations for the private transfer charges.
Transfers from other locations
We can provide transfers from nearby islands; however, this service needs to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Fares will vary according to the distance from the location of the island.
Combined and private transfers
Combined transfers will require you to wait for a little while, while all guests are cleared from Immigration and have been identified prior to commencing your journey onwards. Private transfers are arranged at your own convenience and do not require the waiting period.
Own transfer arrangements
You can make your own transfer arrangements with a third party vendor, however we will strongly advise against this as the hotel will not guarantee the safety of the journey or the coordinator of the boat. Please ensure that you need to have these checked and confirmed prior to arriving at the resort.
Travel Insurance
The reality is that with any holiday, we should all strongly consider Travel Insurance.
Maintenance
We have a philosophy of continual improvement and maintenance is undertaken year round. This to make sure that we can continue to exceed our guest’s expectations and provide the best quality for our guests.
Generally, this is completed in an understated manner to create minimal guest disturbance.
Mandatory Festive Supplements
Mandatory Festive Season fees apply and are required to be paid to the resort directly. Rates are as follows (excluding beverages) for adults and children. Infants under 2 years are complimentary.

Payments
The resort accepts US Dollars, Euros, Sterling Pound, Swiss Francs for incidentals . Damaged currency that is badly soiled, defaced, disintegrated, limp, torn, stapled or otherwise “worn out,” or were printed earlier than 2003 unfortunately cannot be accepted as payment at the resort, as the Banks will not accept them. We accept Visa, Master and AMEX credit cards for credit card payments.
Drone Policy
In order to protect the privacy of our guests and team members, as well as for their safety, we do not allow the operation of drones within the resort premises, unless explicitly authorized and supervised by the resort.
